Dear Colin.
One of the areas we are working on at this time is awards to BD/EOD. Due to the National Archives opening up their up loaded files for free, over the last couple of weeks we have been able to obtain them. Some interesting information in them. We have found that over the years not just our Association but others as well have gaps in information provided we are in the process in ensuring all are brought up to date. To do this we are checking the files held at National Archives then confirming if awards made through the London Gazette entry’s. We have started with our GC awards and working our way through. Under our awards pages the story;s given our from books, we are removing these and replacing with the actually recommendations. Last night did Blackshaw, Blaney and Martin. Please bear with us as it all takes time. Appreciate your interest.
