    Hi

    Following details are recorded on his casualty card, however no location.

    Fatal accident on BD work. Court of Inquiry. Although he knew the precautions when burning out bombs, he stayed until the thermite had burnt through the bomb and ignited the filling before returning to the safety distance. He should have retired as soon as the fuze was lit and showed negligence in doing so
