Officer Commanding 4 Bomb Disposal Company Opinion, Coleman was in no way to blame for the resulting injuries resulting in his death. On duty at the time of the accident his short pass had been authorised by myself personally. Evidence is documentary owing to absence of witnesses. Opinion Commander Norfolk Sub District. I agree with the Commanding Officer’s opinion that Coleman was fatally injured as a result of an accident for which he was in no way to blame. Coroners verdict Accidental death. Road traffic accident. Thetford, Norfolk.
